Your Instructor
Michelle has specialised in women's wellness for over 10 years. She is a Fitness Instructor and currently runs post natal fitness (Buggy Mumma) and bootcamp (Tough Mumma) classes in Kent as well as pregnancy water aerobics classes. She is an Holistic Core Restore coach and an Advanced Pregnancy Wellness practitioner.
As a mum of 3 young children, she has a wealth of experience to share with you on your pregnancy journey.
